LORD JESUS, as we rejoice in your Resurrection
may our prayers and praises open our hearts
to experience the power of your risen life within us.

Transform the parts of our lives
that are in need of your healing touch,
so that we may reach out to those around us
with your compassionate love.

Surround us with the radiant light of your glory,
so that we can freely share your Easter gifts of joy and peace.

May our lives proclaim the liberating power
of your death and resurrection,
so that our brothers and sisters
may also know your presence with them now,
and your deep desire to bring salvation
to the whole created world.
To you be praise and glory this day (night)
and for evermore.
AMEN

At the End of the Day

Be present, Living Christ, within us,

your dwelling place and home,

that this house may be one where our darkness

is penetrated by your light,

where our troubles are calmed by your peace,

where our evil is redeemed by your love,

where our pain is transformed by your suffering,

and where our dying is glorified by your risen life.

Amen.
